MSC SHUTTLE BOOKINGS – AND HOW TO NAVIGATE OUR NEW SOFTWARE

Last MSC Cruise season, we introduced a new booking, payment and ticketing system all online – A first for any shuttle service in the country!
1. When you click on the red button link on the right, you will be taken to a secured page with a form on it.
2. Fill in all the details required on that form, incl. your MSC booking number, your cabin number and choose the service from a drop down box with 3 options, – a one way from airport to port, a one way from the port to the airport, and a round trip from the airport to the ship and return to airport.
3. When you submit the form, you will be taken to the PAYFAST website for payment (which was determined by your input on the form)
4. Once paid, you will receive a receipt from PAYFAST and shortly thereafter you will receive your shuttle ticket via email (providing that you did not make a mistake on the email address)
5. Should you not receive your ticket immediately, please lodge a support request via this email address: support@cruisingsa.co.za
